Violin Club at lunchtime

The boys are showing super dedication and enthusiasm at lunchtime on Thursdays. They are having lunch together then having a group class, working on playing beautifully together- developing "ensemble skills". We play a game or two (hide the bow is a favourite) then it's off to run around for the rest of lunch. Here is a photo from today:

Roshan- focussing on technique

Roshan is able to play his whole Twinkle A (busy busy stop stop) with a beautiful sound. Today we worked in keeping focus on technique- here he is keeping things balanced in his feet! Great work today Roshan :)

Hector- wonderful work on"Lightly Row"! Lots of repetitions of small sections, and you know the whole song now. Well done! We are working on "Go Tell Aunt Rhody" now in the same way :)

Harry- excellent practising! You have been doing Twinkle 'bread' over and over in your practise with mum. In your lesson today you were able to play the whole Twinkle- well done :)
